Managed telephone switchboard, received incoming calls and make outgoing calls.
Keep record of STD and DID calls and verify with Telecom bills.
Attend to visitors, handling front office and administrative duties.
• Min SPM
• Pleasant personality, cheerful voice and ability to speak fluent English
• At least 1 year working experience in the related field. Those who have working experience in customer services will be added advantage.
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
