Job Description



  • Create company literature and other forms of communication.
  • Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic.
  • Work with advertisers for timely and useable ad submissions
  • Conduct relevant market research and analysis to identify key trends in business sectorsí advertising and marketing strategies and provide a solution to those strategy needs
  • Sell sponsorship and exhibition opportunities to both new and existing clients of the company
  • Prepare exciting and creative proposals to attract new sponsors at all levels surrounding hospitality/ service spaces
  • Copyedit, proofread, and revise communications.
  • Design and launch email marketing campaigns
  • Recommend, implement and maintain site design and operation
  • Work with manager and business units to determine event budget and manage expenses to that budget.
  • Promote products and services through public relations initiatives, ATL / BTL.
  • Develop marketing communications campaigns
  • Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and keynote address proposals.
  • Identify, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and customer references (CRM).
  • Conduct extensive media outreach.
  • Prepare briefing materials.
  • Coordinate conference, trade shows, and press interviews.
  • Manage information
  • Website development and content update
  • Statistical report on marcomm activities

Job Requirement


  • Diploma and above preferably in Marketing related course.
  • Have at least 2 years of marketing, business development etc. experiences.
  • Candidate with F&B, Hospitality background will have an advantage.
  • Must be able to speak and write excellent English.
  • Computer literate.
  • Capable in event management.
  • Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members
  • Must be able to work long hours
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
  • Able to keep track on all reservation.
