•Conduct weekly Roll Call with the guards
•Daily discussions with the security supervisors to check on issues and incidents / problems they encounter
•Visit all the blocks, second guard house and security control room to check and ensure the CCTVs are functioning well
•Check the security report logbook at the main guardhouse, first thing every morning
•Check and ensure the guards attendance are in order day and night
•All clamping issues must be attended to. Assist the guards and Management to settle issues with the residents, if any
•Fix a time to meet the property Manager daily to discuss security matters and problem related to the security reports in their logbook
•Handle Police matters. Make a Police report in the event of any break-ins. Follow up with the Police and act accordingly
•As and when discuss with the Property Manager to prevent intruders and theft matters
•Furnish reports on any incidents at the property and investigation report as well for the Security Manager and Property Manager
•Assist the Police as and when required
•Ensure the CCTV and other security equipment are in order all the time
•Ensure that there are no immoral activities carried out within the premises
•Ensure guards do not disclose owners/residents information and confidential matters to anyone
•Ensure all the guards are performing their duties and not sleeping whilst on duty
•Ensure the guards give their full co-operation to fellow colleagues and the Management staff.
•Ensure all the guards follow instructions given by the Security Supervisors, Security Manager and Property Manager, failing which, strict disciplinary action will be taken
•Ensure all guards hand over/take over each shift be conducted properly and professionally
•Able to work under minimum supervision.
•Background in the Security field, ex-Security, Armed Forces or Police is an advantage.
•Results oriented, energetic and able to face challenges.
•Strict, equipped with excellent leadership skills to manage a team of security personnel.
•Good communication and written skills in English.
