Responsible for administrative tasks include:
• Simple bookkeeping, accounts and filing.
• Scheduling of meetings and events.
• Report preparation.
• Requisition and maintenance of office equipment.
• Liaising with other office personnel.
Responsible for basic human resource functions:
• Recruitment and selection activities (when necessary).
• Implementation of HR policies.
• Payroll administration.
• Leave maintenance.
• Staff welfare.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in any field.
• 3 year(s) of administrative experience.
• Willingness and ability to manage a small group.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong typing competency.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• In possession of a valid driving license.
• Willing to work in Subang Airport.
